YOU, WARRIOR

You may have seen movies of strong and powerful characters who are warriors, whether they be the ancient historical or fantasy types, or more modern ones like soldiers or elite special forces.

Whatever the archetypal warrior they may be, one common trait they all share is their mastery in the art of warfare, honed and perfected through long periods of relentless training, self-discipline and a thoroughly conditioned mind.

Being a warrior is, in my opinion, a state of mind that can be adapted and incorporated into our daily lives, whatever the task at hand may be. Just like warfare, when it comes to fitness it is a battle that has to be fought.

This is a 12-week course that aims to not just get you into a more active lifestyle and healthier diet*, but to build structure, instill discipline and take ownership for your own fitness into your life.

* As a personal trainer, I can only provide very general dietary advice. For a more specialised and suitable diet plan or nutritional advice, please seek a qualified dietician or nutritionist.

My hope for you is that when you complete this course, you will not only be a warrior in your fitness life, but in every other area of your life as well such as family, work, love, business, and so forth.

But being a warrior is not without its costs. It means you must be prepared to lay aside all the excuses you have made to yourself for not living a lifestyle of fitness. You have to want this enough that you’ll do what is necessary to make it happen. Surrender is not an option for the warrior.
