ABOUT MYSELF

I have been a personal trainer since May 2018 after completing Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and before that I have been training myself every other day since 2010 to keep myself in shape by doing bodyweight exercises.

Growing up in Australia gave me a greater appreciation of the importance of regular physical exercise, as sports and physical education were an integral part of the national school curriculum.

Although I graduated from university with a Software Engineering degree back in 2005, I slowly found my true calling in my professional career to be a personal trainer, and haven’t looked back since.

My mission in the fitness industry is to see ordinary, everyday people experience and be transformed by the benefits of regular physical exercise as part of their lifestyle, no matter their age or fitness level.

I want to help people see that youthful vitality and physical wellness doesn’t have to diminish or end prematurely once they reach the later years of their lives, and that the only thing holding them back is a defeatist mindset.
